How long does the shuttle take?

The shuttle ride takes approximately 45 minutes, depending on road conditions and traffic.

When should we arrive for the shuttle?

Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled departure time.

Do we need a reservation?

Yes, reservations are required to guarantee a seat on the shuttle. Those without reservations will be accommodated as space permits, but availability is not guaranteed.

Where are the pickup locations?

We currently pick up at Hillside Sport in downtown Sisters and Hoodoo Ski Resort.

Is there an age limit for passengers?

All passengers must meet legal requirements that do not require them to be in a car seat. Unaccompanied minors must be at least 12 years old to ride the shuttle. Passengers 12-17 without accompanying adult must have a signed waiver.

What is our cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
